Boum Radio is a 24/7 online radio service streaming music, mixes, and audio programs. All musical content is licensed for online broadcasting under a valid SOCAN license in Canada. The Service is intended for listeners located within Canada.
3. Use of the Service
You may use Boum Radio for personal, non-commercial listening only. You agree not to:

Ownership of the underlying works (music, performances, recordings, or mixes) remains with the respective copyright holders. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of any broadcast content is prohibited.
6. Availability
Boum Radio operates on a continuous 24/7 basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Service interruptions, technical issues, or maintenance may occur without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illogical Moments Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, audio interruptions, or reliance on any broadcasted information or advertising.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
