By accessing or using Boum Radio’s website, Android or iOS app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Boum Radio is a 24/7 online radio service streaming music, mixes, and audio programs. All musical content is licensed for online broadcasting under a valid SOCAN license in Canada. The Service is intended for listeners located within Canada.
You may use Boum Radio for personal, non-commercial listening only. You agree not to:

All music and audio content broadcast on Boum Radio is used under appropriate SOCAN online music licensing. Ownership of the underlying works (music, performances, recordings, or mixes) remains with the respective copyright holders. Boum Radio operates on a continuous 24/7 basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Service interruptions, technical issues, or maintenance may occur without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illogical Moments Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, audio interruptions, or reliance on any broadcasted information or advertising.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
